XI'AN CITY WALL MARATHON (Page 1 of 4)

"The Marathon of Xi'an City Wall" is now an international sport. The course is 13.7 KM (the circumference of the Xi'an City Wall is 13.7 KM). Participants in the full marathon will conquer the city wall three times, while the 1/3 marathon will travel the Wall only once. Xi'an City Wall has a history of over 600 years. It was built in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 AD-1644 AD). Nowadays, this old historical relic is not only an important material object for the study of ancient military science but also a very important tourist attraction in China.
